Room & Tutor Reservations
Tutoring Appointments
In order to give the best service possible, we are now asking that students create a log in and password to access the tutoring schedule. Through your own personal account, you will be able to view your appointment history and cancel your own appointments. We are now also requiring that you make your appointment at least eight hours in advance to ensure the best service possible. Should you wish to see a tutor less than eight hours in advance, we welcome you to stop by during that tutor’s hours to see if he or she is available.
We also strongly recommend that all students bring their course materials (i.e. syllabus, textbook, workbook, dictionary) to their tutoring appointments.
• Tutoring appointments can now be booked in half-hour sessions. Students who need to reserve a full hour of tutoring will have to book themselves for TWO half-hour sessions by repeating the booking process.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking a tutoring appointment and you select “No Preference” for a tutor, please only choose ONE of the following options:
• Tutoring Session: Writing
• Tutoring Session: Conversation
• Tutoring Session: General
Room Reservations
To ensure that we can give our patrons the best service possible, we are now asking that you please make your room reservations at least six hours in advance. This will give our office time to confirm the appointment and meet any special needs that you may have. Should you need to schedule a room less than six hours in advance, please call the CSLC at 574-631-5881 and speak with one of our staff.
Additionally we are now asking that all our patrons create a login and password for the website. This way, you will be able to view your appointment history and appointment confirmations. You will also be able to cancel any appointments you make. We recommend that you use your NetID and password to ensure that you will remember your account information.
• The room reservation options are ONLY for the Multipurpose and Media rooms and will not show availability scheduling tutoring appointments.
