Join us for an Italian cooking class! On Friday, March 5, we will be cooking stile familiare with the traditional dish of Pasta Cacio e Pepe! Before meeting, make sure you have the ingredients ready to go.
320 grams spaghetti (almost 2/3 of a standard package)
200 grams of Pecorino Romano Cheese (You can find this around town. Martins and Meijer should both have it).
Black Pepper (quanto basta, as we say in Italian. :) )
Salt (quanto basta)
(serves 4, so make sure that your roommates are around)
