Taking classes, teaching undergraduates, preparing a conference paper, and writing a dissertation all take time. But how do you “find the time” to do it all and still maintain a sane and healthy lifestyle? This workshop will discuss ways to make time for your mental/physical health, family, friends, community, vacation, and for any other demands while maintaining a productive and successful academic career. We will introduce participants to a specific set of tools, techniques, and approaches to maximizing the very precious commodity of time to the benefit of our overall health and happiness.
