El conejo es muy vivo y el lobo es muy tonto. (The rabbit is very lively and the wolf is very dumb.)
This is one of many Quechua games that require nothing more than people coming together, or games that can be created with simple elements that can be found in nature or handmade. And despite the influence of technology, the traditional games like jump the rope, comets and Ali cacatúa continue to thrive.
In this cultural presentation of games, FLTA Quechua Instructor Jefferson Saransig will explain how games in Ecuador are played, the materials that are used, and then will have participants play the games together.
