The Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures is very excited to announce that our English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program at Notre Dame is offering tutoring this summer! Thanks to the generous support of the colleges of Arts & Letters, Business, Engineering, Law, and Science, tutoring sessions will start on June 1 and end on August 20 for the 2021 Summer sessions.

If you are an international student, faculty, post-doc, visiting scholar, or staff, you are eligible to receive tutoring this summer!  The summer EAP tutoring sessions are designed to provide individual assistance with anything academic, linguistic, or cultural.

This summer's sessions will be led by EAP instructor Katie Bennett. Katie has been an instructor in the EAP program since 2016, and has also served as the Writing Skills Coordinator for the Keough Master's in Global Affairs.  She has been teaching students in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs since she was an undergraduate student at Bethel College.  The CSLC is grateful to be able to offer her knowledge and expertise to support our international students and help them to improve their English writing, speaking and presentation skills in an academic setting.

Tutoring sessions will be conducted online via Zoom, but tutees can also request to meet in person in the CSLC (334 Bond Hall). Appointment scheduling is available now.
