Mary Davis

Assistant Director

Mary earned her master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Georgia State University and her bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and French from The University of Georgia. Since then, she has taught English overseas in China as well as stateside. More recently, she has worked in support services for international students in the US. She is particularly interested in furthering intercultural competence and fostering cultural humility. At the CSLC, Mary endeavors to support Notre Dame’s rich community of teachers and learners in their linguistic and cultural pursuits.
