There are many layers to navigating cultural adjustment in the U.S., even for those who may already have previous experience visiting or living in the U.S. You will find cultural differences specific to midwestern culture, to Notre Dame culture, to your academic department’s culture, and even to the way you engage your fellow students!
This particular session will help name specific cultural differences that you may be experiencing in your social and academic lives, and give you tips and strategies for success as you continue to navigate cultural adjustment throughout your time at ND.
