Join Felicia LaMesa for a Navajo Language worshop.
Felicia LaMesa is an enrolled member of the Diné (Navajo) tribe. Her first language was Navajo and she grew up on the Navajo reservation. She is now a teacher of both Navajo I and II at a public high school in New Mexico’s Northwest region. Her passion for education of the Navajo language comes from wanting to help further Navajo language revitalization efforts. She is excited to share with the Notre Dame community some basics in the Navajo language and a traditional activity that is only done in the winter!
